Why am i interested in starting at a gym eg. is it
for myself or how other people percieve me to be (fact) it has to be for your self.
What are the most important benefits and what
do i want to achieve.
How will i fit my workouts into my busy schedule.
Once you have found the right answer to these questions you are then ready to commit. Once your commited thats half the battle, then i come along as your personal trainer and take the pressure of the other half and get you on the road to a new and improved you, feeling better, healthier, and more confident about your body.
